This place could not be better located. Right outside the door is the main town square, restaurants, and nightlife! The studio apartment came with everything I needed and then some. At a price that is comparable to a hostel, plus the ability to keep food cold and get a quiet and private rest this place is really unbeatable in terms of value. The owner was flexible and very easy to work with.

This studio was exactly what the on-line site promised. It was very small but adequate for one person, equipped with everything you could need. It was very clean. The location one block from the old town square could not have been better. Martin was very helpful in arranging car service from and to the airport. As I said, very small but everything else perfect.

I was very happy to have this appartment. Nothing can be more in the centre. 1.very pleasant host,gave all advice and made feel free and comfortable. 2.appartment is small that is why good for one treveller (not fat,really)or for students. Thank you very much to Martin and your company for your understanding when I couldn't send a deposit.
